Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Krevo ("we", "us", "our"), a platform that lets creators sell digital products, courses, webinars and community access to buyers in India. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to sell on Krevo. Buyers must be at least 13 years old (or have guardian consent).
• One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login OTPs private and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.

2. For creators — selling on Krevo

• KYC is mandatory before payouts. You must complete identity verification (Aadhaar, PAN and bank/UPI details) before you can withdraw earnings. Payouts stay blocked until KYC is approved.
• You may only sell content you own or are licensed to sell. Digital products only — physical goods are not supported.
• Prohibited: adult/sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), pirated or infringing content, gambling/betting products, misleading "get rich quick" schemes, hateful or illegal content, and anything violating Indian law.
• You set your own prices in INR. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product descriptions and for delivering what you promise.
• If you change your bank/UPI details, payouts are automatically held until the new details are re-verified.

3. Platform fees & plans

• Creating an account and listing products is free.
• A platform fee is deducted from each successful sale, based on your plan: Free — 10%, Growth (₹1,499/month) — 8%, Scale (₹4,999/month) — 5%. The fee applicable is the one on your active plan at the time of sale.
• Payment gateway charges are borne by Krevo; they are not deducted from creator earnings.
• Plan subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

4. Payouts & taxes

• Earnings land in your Krevo wallet. You can request payouts to your verified bank account/UPI from the Wallet page.
• Payouts are processed after a review and may be held for risk checks, disputes, or KYC re-verification.
• Tax deducted at source (TDS) is applied as per Indian income-tax law where applicable. GST invoices are generated for orders; you are responsible for your own GST registration and filings on your sales.

5. For buyers — purchases

• No account is needed to buy. After successful payment you get instant access to the digital product (download, course enrolment, or community invite).
• Digital products are delivered electronically. Please check the product description before buying — see our Refund Policy.
• You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share purchased digital content unless the creator explicitly allows it.

6. Refunds & disputes

• Buyers can raise disputes from their orders page. We review disputes fairly and our decision is final.
• Chargebacks or fraud will lead to account suspension and possible legal action.

7. Intellectual property

• Creators retain full ownership of their content. By selling on Krevo you grant us a limited licence to host, display and deliver it to buyers.
• The Krevo brand, website and software are our property. You may not copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

• Krevo is provided "as is". We do our best for uptime and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees we earned from your account in the 3 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for creator-buyer disputes over product quality beyond operating the dispute process fairly.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office in India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the platform; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
